Laborers / Equipment Operators Needed in Prudhoe Bay - Up to $2438/week on a 2/2 or 2/3 Rotation

Our client, one of the world's largest oilfield services companies is looking for a Lead Laborer to work in Prudhoe Bay.

Pay: Start at $23/hr. At $23/hr and 84 hrs per wk., earn weekly paychecks of $2,438 gross.

Schedule: 12 hrs/day 7 days a week, 2/2 or 3/3.

Summary:

As a key member of the team, you’ll be the go-to expert for interpreting instructions, setting up work sites, and moving materials and equipment. Working closely with the Foreman or General Foreman, you’ll take on some supervisory tasks on smaller projects, providing leadership and guidance to less experienced craftsmen. Your role includes preparing construction sites, handling concrete work, and ensuring smooth surfaces. You’ll also support plant production by managing the flow of materials and products. From routine maintenance to turnaround projects, your contributions will be crucial. With a focus on safety, you’ll maintain tools, keep the work area clean, and adhere to all safety protocols. Your ability to document tasks and adapt to various duties will keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Experience with operating a Volvo L90 articulating loader and an overhead crane
• NSTC
• Valid driver’s license
• Skilled in manual labor and computer-based planning
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Hand tools
